    • Are your juices okay to drink if I’m trying to conceive?
      • Absolutely! The nutrients and minerals in our juices – like calcium, vitamin D, omega 3, iron and folic acid – are good for you no matter where you are in your journey, whether you’re trying to conceive, pregnant or nursing. All our juices have 200mcg of folic acid. Many women don’t realize how important it is to increase folic acid consumption prior to attempting to have a baby. Because many women can be pregnant 4, 6 or 8 weeks before they even know it, taking folic acid prior to conception is an important way to ensure you have a good supply right from the very start.
    • Can I drink your juices even if I’m breastfeeding?
      • Of course! Our juices are packed with folic acid, iron, omega-3, calcium, and vitamin D –all things you need post-pregnancy too (especially since it can be hard to get all those nutrients when you’re taking care of a family, home and career!). All our juices have 200mcg of folic acid, 4.5mg of iron, 500mg of omega-3, 100mg of calcium, and 60IU of vitamin D. Breastfeeding women need more folic acid since it’s excreted in breast milk at the mother’s expense. It’s also important to get 1,000mg of calcium each day. Most supplements contain only about 200mg of calcium, but you can get calcium from milk, dairy products like cheese and yogurt, and Bundle Organics (of course!). Many women are iron deficient, before, during and after they have children. Since blood is lost during childbirth and every month during menstruation, many women have reduced iron stores throughout their childbearing years. Just another reason Bundle Organics is a must post-pregnancy too.
    • Are separation and small particles in the juices natural?
      • Separation and small particles are a completely natural and normal occurrence in certified organic, non-GMO, preservative-free juices, like ours!
    • Are your juices vegan?
      • We have fortified our juices with Vitamin D3 which is not considered vegan since it comes from lanolin sources. However, we are looking for new sources for Vitamin D3 so that we can become vegan.
    • Are your juices gluten-free?
      • Yup! All our juices are gluten-free.
    • Are your juices soy-free?
      • We wouldn’t have it any other way. All our juices are soy-free.
    • Are your juices lactose-free?
      • No milk here! All our juices are lactose-free.
    • Are your juices kosher?
      • Yes! Our juices are certified kosher.
    • Are your juices non-GMO?
      • Yes! All our juices are non-GMO.
    • Are your bottles recyclable?
      • Of course! Our bottles can be recycled.
    • Are your bottles BPA-free?
      • Yes, all our bottles are BPA-free.
    • Are there any added sugars or preservatives in Bundle Organics?
      • Nada! We don't add any additional sugars or preservatives in our juices. All the sugars are naturally occurring from the fruits and veggies.
    • Where can I find the nutrition facts for Bundle Organics juices?
    • Is the vitamin A in Bundle Organics juices beta carotene-based or retinol-based?
      • Only beta carotene here! The vitamin A in our juices is derived from the naturally occurring nutrients in carrots.
    • Can I drink Bundle Organics juices every day?
      • Absolutely! Our juices are a nutritious – and delicious – way to get all the nutrients both you and baby need.
    • Will I be at risk of getting too many vitamins and minerals if I drink this juice in combination with my prenatal vitamins?
      • Our juices were designed with a leading OBGYN and nutritionist so you can sip 100% worry-free. The vitamins and nutrients in our juices are at levels safe to consume along with your daily prenatal vitamins. However, everyone’s needs are different. So if you have an abnormal pregnancy, please check with your doctor or nutritionist before consuming our juices.
    • Does drinking Bundle Organics juices help with nausea?
      • We offer juice flavors with ginger and lemon to reduce both nausea and those oh-so-annoying energy slumps.
    • How long do Bundle Organics juices last after opening?
      • With proper refrigeration, Bundle Organics juices should taste the same for up to 5 days. But we hope you love our juices so much that you just have to drink it all in one sitting!
    • Do Bundle Organics juices need to be refrigerated?
      • As a result of our pasteurization and bottling practices, our juices do not need to be refrigerated. We recommend chilling the juices prior to drinking since they are more refreshing when cold and you should refrigerate the juices after opening the cap.
    • Where are Bundle Organics juices made?
      • Our juices are made in sunny Southern California (that’s where all the happiest juices are born!).
  • Pasteurization Questions
    • Can I drink raw, fresh-pressed juices when I am pregnant?
      • OB/GYNs advise pregnant women to not purchase fresh juices because the juices are unpasteurized and there is a risk of being exposed to harmful bacteria. When fruits and vegetables are cut to be juiced, bacteria from the outside of the peel can be transferred to the edible portion of the produce and since your immune system is suppressed during pregnancy, you are more susceptible to food borne illnesses caused by bacteria in food. Expecting moms should always check the labels on their juices to ensure they have been pasteurized. If you juice at home, just make sure you clean your produce thoroughly and drink it immediately.
    • Why are your juices pasteurized?
      • OB/GYNs advise women to consume pasteurized food and beverages to lower their risk of being exposed to harmful bacteria like listeria. Listeria can be harmful to pregnant women as their immune systems are lowered and are therefore more susceptible to illness caused by the bacteria. Pasteurization and cooking meats and vegetables thoroughly is the best way to ensure safely avoiding listeria.
    • Does pasteurization weaken the nutrients in the fruits and veggies?
      • At Bundle Organics, we use a process called flash pasteurization, which helps preserve the nutrition, quality, and taste without compromising safety. More traditional forms of pasteurization heat the juice for a long period of time and use the extremely hot liquid to sterilize the bottle before bottling. In other cases, bottles are filled with juice and then everything is heated up for a long period of time to make the product safe; the juice is already in the bottle at the point of pasteurization so the whole process is heated for a longer period of time in order to clean the bottle and juice.  In our case, we pasteurize the juice before it is bottled, which enables a time/heat relationship that is better for nutrient preservation and taste. Then the juice is filled into bottles in a completely sterile environment. Sterilizing the bottle separately from the juice allows us to pasteurize the juice with less damage to quality.

    • How long will it take for my order to arrive?
      • Most orders are processed within one business day and shipped from our warehouse via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery Service (typically 1-2 business days delivery). Please note that FedEx Ground/Home Delivery does not deliver on Sundays or Mondays.
    • What is your shipping policy?
      • We offer free shipping for orders $35 or more within the continental US. For orders less than $35, we offer $5 flat-rate shipping within the continental US. Most orders are processed within one business day and shipped from our warehouse via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery Service (typically 1-2 business days delivery). Please note that FedEx Ground/Home Delivery does not deliver on Sundays or Mondays.
    • Where do you ship?
      • We ship to U.S. delivery addresses in the continental US. At this time, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, internationally or to P.O. boxes.  If you're in one of these locations, you can order our juices from Amazon.com and they can ship it to you.  
    • Where can I buy Bundle Organics juices?
    • What is your return policy?
      • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for perishable items. However, if your order was damaged during transport, please let us know and we’ll replace it right away.

    • How do I send a gift card?
      • You can purchase a Bundle Organics gift card, here. The gift card will be sent to you through email so that you can send it to your gift recipient. The email will contain instructions for how your gift recipient can redeem their gift at checkout.
    • Are gift cards refundable?
      • Unfortunately, gift cards are non-refundable.

    • How does the Subscribe & Save subscription program work?
      • You can sign up for a subscription, here. Just choose your bundle size (small: 12 juices a month; medium: 24 juices a month; large: 36 juices a month). At checkout, you can select any combination of juices you like in your bundle. We will send you a confirmation email and a link to your subscription billing portal so that you can make changes to your subscription whenever you like.
    • How much is shipping on subscription orders?
      • Shipping is FREE for all subscription orders every time – no joke.
    • How much do I save with Subscribe & Save orders?
      • If you purchase a large bundle of 36 juices, you will save $16 off each order. If you purchase a medium bundle of 24 juices, you will save $10 off each order. And if you purchase a small bundle of 12 juices, you will save $5 off each order.
    • When does my credit card get charged?
      • Your credit card won’t be charged until your monthly order has shipped.
    • Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
      • Absolutely! After you signup for a subscription bundle, we will send you a confirmation email and a link to your subscription billing portal so that you can make changes to your subscription whenever you like.
